The Malitia Plumley who have in my records was the sixth daughter and eleventh child of Henry and Nancy Martin Plumley. She was born about 1867. She married Mel E. Bragg on December 22, 1892 in Raleigh County. She was 16 and he was 22 at the time of the marriage. Henry, her father was the son of John and Catherine Kaylor Plumley.
